A collection of trials, case studies and in-depth research on the 4 day week has shown the benefits it has to companies. Not only can it enhance productivity and profitability for organisations, but it also can help them retain and attract the best talent.
The benefits of a 4 day week go beyond the company though, with employees thriving in their new working environment. With each staff member being unique in their own way, we’ve started the ‘My 4 Day Week’ campaign, to find out what a four day work week means to employees.
During the campaign we’ll speak to employees from a range of companies to see how they are benefitting from having an additional day off. From spending more time with their families to going back to university, Fridays (or alternative days in some cases) have never been so fun.
If you’re a 4 day week employer that wants to take part in this campaign, please get in touch with us at hi[@]fourdayweek.co.uk.
