Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions For Employees
Is it really free to post?
Yes! We have various options for posting on our site, one of which is a free option. The free option is just a basic job listing for 30 days. If you want to boost the success of your ad (which we would recommend) then there are other options you can go for too. For £50 you can have either a highlighted (featured) job post or a social media package, or for £75 you can have both. The jobs is also posted for 45 days and included in our newsletter. Even better, if you buy a package of 10 jobs, then It works out as only £30 per job.
Are there any hidden recruitment fees?
None. We do offer recruitment services at your request where we charge a placement fee of 10%, but unless specifically asked to act as a recruiter on your behalf there will never be any additional fees.
How often will my social media package be posted?
We’ll post your social media package a minimum of seven (7) times on all our platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter) across the duration of your job listing. For example, if your job expires in a week, we’ll post every day. If it’s month it’ll be every 3-4 days. This way everyone gets the same exposure no matter how long their job is listed for.
Can I post more than one job for free?
Of course, you can create an account and post to you heart’s content!
Why should I go for a paid package when there is a free one?
We’ve found that jobs which are featured and have a social media package get much more interest than just a basic job listing. With the job remaining on the forefront of our job listings, along with regular social media advertisement, candidates are far more likely to click through to the job and apply as a result.
