Equality in the workplace

Equality in the workplace and Four Day Week

At Four Day Week we believe in equality in the workplace and we think it’s vital that equal opportunities are available to everyone, regardless of gender, ethnicity or sexual orientation. We’ve been lucky enough to meet some great individuals who run businesses aimed at helping improve this societal issue. You can take a look at these great businesses below.

skills for women

Skills 4 Women deliver employability workshops for women. Their experience has spanned over a decade and in this time they have worked with women from different sectors, backgrounds and ages. Their clients include disadvantaged women such as care leavers, lone parents, ex offenders, victims of domestic violence, mental health, those with substance misuse issues and general needs clients. They deliver these sessions on a group or one to one basis for organisations, community groups or other. Their aim is to provide women with the necessary tools  to successfully apply for jobs as well as giving them the confidence to perform well at interview stage and successfully secure employment in order to become financially independent.
