Purpose of the role
To work as part of an early help Mental Health Hub team delivering confidential and non-judgmental humanistic counselling to young people aged 11 – 25 years. To support the service by working flexibly to meet the needs of service users and contribute to the smooth running of the Mental Health Hub.
• A counselling qualification at Diploma or degree level from a recognised course which would meet the requirements for BACP Accreditation
• Demonstrable post qualification experience of counselling with clients.
• Experience of managing own case load, maintaining highest standards of record keeping, report writing, and referral procedures.
• Ability to travel to and work from the Cornwall Hub-this is an inperson post
