PURE Life Experiences is one of our leading events. It is a global community bringing together the most inspiring names in high-end experiential travel. Held annually in Marrakech, PURE connects leading hoteliers, tour operators, travel designers, media and industry innovators through curated meetings, thought leadership, networking and immersive experiences.

The role:

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for recruiting exhibitors for one of our most successful and iconic events, PURE Life Experiences. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with both exhibitors and global buyers, contributing to the overall success of the show.

They will play an active role in lead generation, liaising with clients, managing client expectations, and ensuring that the event delivers value to all participants. They work closely with the buyer programmes team to meet recruitment targets and drive engagement.

Key Success Criteria:

• Consistently meets or exceeds monthly and annual exhibitor sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Maintains a high-quality pipeline of qualified leads and prospects across core markets, contributing to the commercial success of the event.
• Demonstrates strong client servicing by ensuring a smooth onboarding journey and ongoing support for exhibitors, resulting in high retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborates effectively with internal teams—particularly Buyer Programmes, Marketing, and Operations—to deliver a cohesive, world-class event experience.
• Acts as a brand ambassador at all times, representing This is Beyond with professionalism, market knowledge, and a genuine passion for luxury travel and hospitality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience (minimum 2-3 years) in luxury travel, hotel sales, or events preferred.
• Proven success in delivering targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Specific industry and market knowledge of Asia Pacific advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, or other CRM/Event Management systems preferred.
• Passion for luxury hospitality/travel and strong salesmanship qualities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and resolve problems efficiently.
• Proactive and innovative thinker with a track record of meeting targets individually and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel globally as required.
• Proficiency in email applications, diary management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
• Comfortable communicating and selling to people at very senior levels within client organisations.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible business hours as required.
• Capacity to work flexible hours as required when on-site.

Position Type: 12 month maternity cover, with a 4-day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office, located in Shepherd’s Bush, 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
