Programme Manager (Maternity Cover)

Contractual information

Contract: Fixed Term (Maternity Cover), Full-time (1.0 fte) or 0.8 fte considered

Duration: 13.5 Months (15 June 2026 – 23 July 2027)

Salary: £39,000

Reports to: Artistic Director

Direct reports: Youth Producer; freelance Event Staff (Stage Managers, Crew, Stewards)

Location: Hybrid – remote and our office in Brixton, London.

Working pattern: Tuesday–Thursday in the office; occasional evening and weekend hours required for events (with TOIL).

Holiday: 28 days plus bank holidays.

Job Description

With a new senior leadership team joining in 2026, this is a pivotal moment to help shape how our vision is translated into world-class musical experiences.

Since 2011, we’ve pioneered youth-led orchestral music that challenges conventions and amplifies unheard voices. Today, young people aged 14-18 are at the heart of our creative process. We are looking for a Programmes Manager (Maternity Cover) who can match this creative ambition with operational excellence, ensuring our work is executed safely, inclusively, and to the highest professional standards.
