THE ROLE

The successful Paid Media Director is expected to have experience working in a fast-paced agency environment and handling multiple accounts. Experience within the Paid Social area would be an advantage for this role as this is an area that we aim to develop further.

The successful candidate will need to be able to travel to our head office in Maidstone at least 2 days a week.

We are a diverse team of PPC specialists with a (un?)healthy love of Excel, stats and data testing. We have won multiple awards for our work with clients and are growing our client base rapidly. We’re looking for people who are equally passionate about our craft and who want to find innovative solutions by using & developing new tools & techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for executing the paid search strategy and optimisation to the best industry standards.
• Do extensive keyword research and make recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities and campaign structuring to align with target personas.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, including paid search and Ai automation.
• Work collaboratively with team members and clients to create and guide strategy.
• Be client-facing with regards to all PPC and Paid Social enquiries, reporting on campaign performance and identifying opportunities to scale reach and grow ROAS.
• Assisting the Head of Paid Media in producing blog articles and promoting the expertise of the department.

• Report to the Head of Paid.
• Working with the Paid team colleagues, account management department, SEO & dev team.
• Supporting Paid team and account management department in the delivery of client work.
