To provide inspirational and dynamic management for the delivery of Brook’s education, wellbeing, health promotion and outreach work across several regions of the UK ensuring service users are supported by services that truly meet their needs and are responsive to their lived experiences and local contexts. Responsible for ensuring regional education teams are fully supported and performance managed whilst all work is delivered within budget and appropriately resourced. Work with colleagues to develop and manage new and existing commissioned services whilst ensuring all opportunities for income generation are maximised. To ensure that our local authority commissioners, trust and grant funders and corporate partners all experience Brook’s high standards and outstanding contract delivery. To effectively support the tendering process and mobilisation in new/retendered services (where relevant).

(Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary)
