Are you self-motivated, organised, empathetic, able to work independently and think on your feet, then you might want to consider joining a small team of like-minded people.

We currently have an exciting vacancy in our Carers Time Team to develop, implement and support a new training programme for older carers. The main element of this training is to enable carers to be better equipped to carry out their caring role, whilst ensuring their own well being is focused on.
· Coordinating, developing and implementing the training programme for Older Carers
· Devising and direct delivery of some of the training programme.
· Developing a new carers training toolkit
· Working in partnership with external stakeholders and providers to ensure appropriate programme delivery.
