Our charity, Carers Support, works across Bristol and S. Glos to support unpaid family carers who are supporting their loved ones at home.
We currently have a vacancy in our Young Carers Service Team who provide a range of support to young carers including undertaking assessments, delivering 1:1 support, running an activities programme. The successful candidate will improve the health, well-being and safeguard the interests of Young Carers (YCs) adversely affected by their caring roles for family members in the Bristol area by:
