YMCA DownsLink Group Dialogue is a well-established BACP accredited counselling and wellbeing service for children, young people & families operating across Sussex and into Surrey. Dialogue have been offering counselling in Davison CE High School for Girls for some years now.

This is an exciting opportunity to continue the delivery of the Dialogue counselling service to students in this well-respected girl’s school. Davison High school is a girls Church of England secondary school serving pupils 11 to 16 in Worthing, West Sussex. In its last inspection the school was judged by OFSTED as Good.

Desired Criteria

• At least 2 years post-qualified counsellors/therapists and BACP Registered or Accredited, or registered with another recognised professional body (e.g. HPC, UKCP).
• Counsellors/therapists with experience of working therapeutically with children and young people, ideally in a school setting.
• Candidates who value team working, believe in making a difference to lives of the children and young people they work with, and who can bring passion and professionalism to this post.
