We are looking for suitable individuals across the UK to join our diverse team of Wellbeing Advisors.
A Wellbeing Advisor is a vital part of our organisation and is the first person to meet (either online or in person) with an Arts worker who has come forward seeking support. They will develop an understanding of the client’s circumstances and work with them to secure the appropriate support (this could be arranging access to Counselling through Wellbeing in the Arts or signposting to other services).
Successful candidates should have a knowledge of the Arts, an interest in / experience of mental health and wellbeing support (perhaps be a mental health first aider) and be an excellent communicator with a calm and compassionate manner.
The salary is £25 per hour, this role would be ideal for freelancers or Counsellors who would like some supplementary income inbetween engagements.
If you would like to express an interest in joining us, please email Adam at email@example.com with a brief outline of your background and suitability for the role.
Interviews are ongoing and training will be provided.
