We are seeking a self-starter to join our small but perfectly formed team on a part time to full time basis to support in all aspects of the business. The role will be highly varied and see you supporting our marketing efforts, recruiting and managing research participants, and getting involved in user research. This role is highly flexible and primarily based from home with some face-to-face meetings required once Covid is over.
We are a small user experience (UX) agency based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector organisations to help them understand the needs of their users and develop digital services that meet these needs. We do this in a number of ways but principally by conducting one-to-one interviews with members of the public, where we watch them using a website in order to identify areas for improvement. Being a small business, everyone gets involved in everything and we are looking for someone who is willing to get stuck in and grow this new and exciting role.
