Trusts and Foundations Programme Lead
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and proactive fundraiser to be part of a dynamic team and make a real difference to the lives of families and babies in neonatal care.
- Location: Hybrid (a minimum of three of your days over two weeks will be worked in the office Bliss Head Office, London SE1)
- Salary: £43,973 FTE (£35,178 pro-rata for 28 hours)
- Terms: 28 hours a week
Role Details
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
• Strong experience of fundraising, with proven specialisations in trusts and foundations.
• Proven track record of writing successful bids securing five- or six-figure and multi-year grants.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into compelling cases for support.
• Strong relationship management skills, with experience building and maintaining effective relationships with funders and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrable influencing skills, including experience working effectively with senior colleagues and external partners.
• Strong financial planning and budget management skills, with the ability to set and deliver ambitious yet realistic income targets.
• Excellent project management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure.
• Experience using fundraising databases and CRM systems to manage applications, reporting, and records (experience of Raiser’s Edge desirable).
