The Dare2Dream Foundation is growing and we are excited to announce the need for a marketing and communication officer to promote the fantastic work the foundation carries out in supporting children and young people.
We are looking for a creative, warm and engaging marketing and communications officer. You will be responsible for creating original text and design content, creating and implementing the company’s marketing strategy.
Your primary role is to ensure the right professional audiences are aware of the services the foundation provides. You will create and maintain a strong influences over all marketing campaigns; targeted email and social media campaigns to relevant professional stakeholders, You will create digital materials such as newsletters, brochures and resource development.
You will be working in a collaborative manner; working with internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure you get the ‘right tone’ in all materials produced and ensure it has the biggest impact.
Ideally you will have a relevant marketing qualification or similar industry experience. We need a proactive, bubble person to drive our campaigns to the right audiences.
This role is truly flexible. We require 1-2 days per week, scheduled around your own commitments. This is a home working role but need to be within a radius of Warwickshire and Oxfordshire.

The Person and the role
The Dare2Dream Marketing & Communications Officer’s primary role is to ensure the right audiences are aware of the services the foundation provides. The role will create and implement the marketing strategy plan; creating and maintaining a strong influence over all marketing campaigns; targeted email & social media campaigns to relevant professional stakeholders. You will also create digital materials such as newsletters, brochures and resource development.
You will experience the full marketing mix. You will ideally have a marketing and graphic design qualification or have relevant experience and a good understanding of digital marketing channels.
You will be proactive, collaborative, and eager to develop the marketing strategy of The Dare2Dream Foundation.
