QuickMail is one of the leading cold email outreach solutions for sending business-to-business cold emails. It is used by small and medium businesses all over the world to reach out to potential clients and grow their businesses.

Our clients are composed of Entrepreneurs, Founders, Growth Marketers & Lead Generation Agencies.

QuickMail was started in 2014. We are 100% self-funded and composed of a small group of highly competent co-workers.

About the role:

We need someone who can take care of the day-to-day operation by keeping track of the various moving pieces as well as drive development projects of the application.

Your initial goals:

• Ensure smooth operation by actively monitoring all processes and team member progresses.
• Make sure no balls are dropped and following up on projects that need pushing
• Provide the necessary visibility of all active projects to the CEO

Who are you:

• You are extremely reliable and have great attention to detail, you hardly drop any ball we throw at you.
• You can help put systems in place to improve visibility as well as the understanding of all the moving parts to help with prioritization.
• Great communicator, excellent verbal and oral communication skills (you can easily communicate with tech and non-tech people)
• Track record of projects delivered on time and budget.
• Demonstrating that you actually read what is required before applying by entering koala when asked what is your favorite animal.
• Already managed people in the past.
