Hours: 25 hrs per week, worked over a minimum of 4 days

The Corn Exchange is a multi-venue arts organisation which presents a wide range of artistic work and creative activity throughout the year, both at its Newbury-based venues and in the wider community in West Berkshire. The Trust is in the process of implementing new systems or upgrading existing ones to improve efficiency, increase income and make reporting processes easier.
The Systems Administrator will have a key role in ensuring these systems, spreadsheets and software programmes are effectively managed to support all areas of the Corn Exchange’s work. Many of these systems will be used organisation-wide so you will work closely with all teams to ensure a collaborative approach, and you will be responsible for providing the data for reports to the management/executive teams, the board of trustees and our funders.
This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys working with data, thrives on problem solving and finding new ways to achieve objectives. Where this is a new role for the Corn Exchange, we don’t expect you to have experience of all aspects of the job; rather you should have brilliant attention to detail, understand the benefits of data to improve our organisation, a can-do attitude and enthusiasm to learn new systems and processes.
The full job description can be found below. Please apply by submitting a CV and covering letter, along with the Equal Opportunities monitoring form, to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be inviting suitable candidates for interview as they apply so you are advised to submit your application as soon as possible in order to be considered. Applications will close once the position has been filled.
