Solace is an innovative, exciting, grassroots charity working across London. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead on all aspects of HR and will be a member of the Senior Management Team. You will be joining a team of committed and inspiring individuals whose dedication has saved the lives of thousands of women, men and children in the capital. We are an Investors in People Employer, committed to attracting, retaining and developing excellent people.
We are a growing, dedicated HR Team in Corporate Services, working closely with staff teams and managers across the organisation. We are responsive to the needs of the organisation and are continuously seeking ways to improve our HR services to the charity.
This is an exciting, newly created position which will be responsible for leading the HR team and transforming how Solace will work together as part of a new strategy. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be part of the Senior Management Team and support delivery of our vision and people strategy. You will lead the HR team and change projects, enhance learning and development, recruitment and retention to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop the HR services for Solace. You will have the passion to deliver our vision with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with senior management, managers and staff.
