Rehab is a London-based creative tech agency and we’re looking for an Operations Director to join us on a Fixed Term Contract. This is a maternity cover role for 4 days a week.
This is a key role within the business and this person will be highly strategic and will also be hands-on and detail-orientated.
The Operations Director will translate Rehab’s strategic plans into defined operational plans. They will oversee all operational activities for the company with a view to improving work quality, productivity and efficiency. This will be designed with people in mind, and with a view to promoting an entrepreneurial spirit across the business. They will analyse and improve organisational processes by identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and systems, and they will drive any internal projects through to completion. This person will also be commercially-minded and will oversee the management of all commercial client contracts and agreements, and supplier contracts.
This role would suit someone who is dynamic, an excellent networker, a clear communicator, highly process-driven, with a passion for people, creativity, tech, and business operations. The role reports into the CEO.

Which of the below aspects of what falls under the Operations umbrella at Rehab do you have direct prior experience of?
– Delivery background as a Head of Production / Delivery Director to oversee Digital Production / project management team?
– Management for oversight of the Office / facilities function, both remote and in office?
– Management for oversight of IT for systems and security, including ISO27001?
– Management for oversight of HR / people function for HR processes, hiring strategy etc?
– Leading the review and negotiation of all commercial contracts, including client-related NDA’s, client commercial contracts / master services agreements, as well as supplier contracts, with a strong understanding of contractual clauses and experience of briefing and guiding external lawyers?
– Leading company compliance including GDPR?
