Payroll Coordinator Flexible Hybrid Remote

📍 Hybrid at our office in East London or remote in the UK

Our mission:

• Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350 Goodlordians supporting the mission! 💚

The Opportunity:

• Responsible for processing monthly payroll inputs – ensuring information is provided to our outsourced payroll provider in an accurate and timely manner.
• Own all admin surrounding payroll processing
• Work with stakeholders across Goodlord to collate team bonus and commission information and update into payroll sheets.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees with questions about pay and pensions.

What we need from you:

• You must have some experience of working in a payroll role before with an understanding of tax/final payments/benefits.
• You are confident in processing all admin required for processing payroll
• You have excellent attention to detail
• Confident and capable Excel skills
