Location: Preferably London but other locations will be considered (currently working from home)
Salary: £27,416 pro-rata
Interview date: 7th July 2021, via Zoom
Hours: 4 days per week (80% FTE), fixed-term contract to start as soon as possible and by no later than 2nd August 2021, and end 6 months later with the strong possibility of extension
Benefits: 7.5% employer matched pension after probation, flexible working and 25 days holiday pro-rata per year (plus bank holidays and Christmas break)

Nurses United is a campaign organisation that builds power for nurses, their patients and our NHS. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we’re recruiting a new Organiser, on a fixed-term contract, to join our team and help us deliver our campaigns in 2021.

So now we are looking for someone who is a skilled and experienced organiser or thinks they have the transferrable skills to learn the role! You’ll work closely with our Lead Organiser and frontline nurses from diverse backgrounds and experiences. You need to: be committed to building the power of social movements; have the ability to talk to and build trust with a diverse range of people including members, our stakeholders and volunteers; have experience campaigning online, and have a commitment to fighting oppression in all its forms.
