Development Manager
We’re recruiting a Development Manager to take ownership of fundraising at Resonance, an independent, artist-led community radio station based in Southwark.
This is a 4-day per week role (0.8 FTE), designed as a focused, sustainable working pattern rather than a compressed full-time post.
The role is hands-on and centred on trusts & foundations fundraising, alongside donor communications and impact reporting. You’ll develop and manage a pipeline of funding applications, shape clear and credible narratives about our work, and contribute to growing individual giving.
Working within a small team, you’ll take responsibility for defined areas of fundraising activity and be expected to manage your own workflow, prioritise effectively and see work through to completion. You’ll work independently day-to-day, while collaborating with the CEO on strategic direction and key opportunities.
Resonance broadcasts 24/7 on FM, DAB and online, supporting experimental arts, music and under-represented voices through a large community of volunteer broadcasters and artists. As an independent charity, our work is sustained through listener support and grant funding.
