The role of the Finance Manager role is to support the growth of a small charity, through undertaking financial management, leading on financial reporting, and providing advice and strategic financial support. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of financial transactions and procedures, undertaking bookkeeping, budgeting, reporting, forecasting and hedging international payments. They will work closely with the CEO to provide regular management account information, as well as acting as the financial representative for KCK when dealing with trustees and external stakeholders. This role forms part of our long-term strategy to improve growth sustainability of the organization and is a great opportunity for a finance professional looking to make a real difference.
Salary: Full-Time Equivalent Salary of £25,000 per annum
Hours: 3 days (21 hours) per week (0.6 FTE) which can be worked flexibly, core hours are 11am – 3pm
Location: Home-based (UK, within reasonable regular travelling distance of Birmingham)
Contract: Permanent contract with a 6-month probationary period

Holidays: 25 days per annum pro rata
