What we’re looking for

As the only permanent in-house designer, you will be working closely with the project teams, being involved from early stages of projects you will be working on researching and developing ideas and bringing ideas to life through beautiful design and animation.

You will be interested in storytelling content in all its forms and be prepared to be working on multiple jobs and clients at once. Whilst having bigger live work briefs such as branding a film series or laying out print projects you must be just as excited about working on internal design and treatment and pitch documents.

We are looking for someone with a brilliant eye, great reference points and attention to detail.

This is a very hands on role and you will be working across multiple projects from day one, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years experience in a design role who is keen to jump in and be working on something different everyday!

There is lots of room for growth in the company, we are looking for someone who wants to develop quickly and has the ambition to be part of the building of the design department at JustSo.

Key attributes and skills

• Passionate about design and animation and doing great creative work
• An ideas driven problem solver
• Pro-active, can-do attitude
• A collaborative spirit, you enjoy working in teams and pushing work to be as good as it possibly can be
• Excellent eye and attention to detail
• Up to date with trends in the creative world
• Fluent in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• 5 years’ + experience in a professional design role
• Experience in After Effects & Premiere

Key information

• Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 DOE
• Reporting into: Head of Creative
• Location: Remote working until lockdown eases, following this will need to travel to our studio in East London
