Working directly for the trustees this exciting part time role of administrator is essential to the smooth running of the charity. You will be supporting a small, innovative and fast growing charity which supports families with disabled children. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy engaging supporters on social media and can focus on a wide range of small tasks and technology.

Job Title: Administrator
Hours: 10 hours per week over either 4 or 5 days.
The post-holder is expected to work occasional flexible hours, which may in the future include evening work. Time off in lieu is available.
Annual Leave: The post holder is entitled to 56 hours annual leave per year.
Salary: £19,000 p.a. pro rata
Location: Home based role. The ability to work independently and flexibly is central to the potential success of the role.

As a small organisation the charity expects all members of the team to support and work closely with their colleagues. The charity requires all employees to work with due regard for the charity’s policies including safeguarding, health and safety and equal opportunities.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
The role is wider ranging and varied, as such the post holder will need to be deal with all enquiries and respond accordingly. They will identify problems and check in with management and trustees as appropriate.
