Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer
Hours: 22.5 per week over 5 days
Salary: £26,000 pa pro rata
Location: Home based with some travel around London

About the role
We’re looking for an ICT Support Officer for a varied and challenging role supporting 60 plus users, currently working remotely across London. You will work with the IT manager in supporting our users with their laptops, desktops, printing, and mobile phones. This is an exciting new role that also involves some systems administration on our cloud based applications. You will be involved in or take the lead on our programme of ICT audits and security awareness raising, in addition to training people to use their ICT effectively.
