Iconic Steps is a social enterprise that supports young people (aged 16-25) from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds to enter the media industry.
We champion a holistic approach to each young person’s development, so in addition to industry specific training, mentoring and practical experience on ‘real projects’, our beneficiaries attend workshops in related life-skills including resilience, personal finance and CV writing.
Our video production service creates fresh and engaging content commissioned by clients such as channel 4, Lambeth Council and OneTech.
Our video production service is growing and we need an experienced proactive, driven, hands-on person to take ownership of an evolving role. This is an exciting position where there is room to grow, make it your own and be at the forefront of the development of the business.
We are looking for an ambitious Video Producer/ Production Manager to lead and inspire a team to develop and deliver projects on time and on budget. Critical to the role is ensuring a consistently high level of service to all clients across all projects.
You will be an expert in managing the full production lifecycle with a strong track record in both development and producing and working with and leading teams of content creators, giving editorial guidance and production leadership to experienced and developing talent. You will have a basic understanding of production technical kit (cameras, editing etc) as well as having a thorough understanding of managing post production and overseeing edits.
