This role will play a pivotal part in supporting BBOWT’s new strategic goal to ‘Put Nature into Recovery’, through leading the successful delivery of existing projects and partnerships being delivered by the Landscape Recovery team
Head of Landscape Recovery
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated leader with exceptional project development experience, and a track record of leading and managing high performing teams.
The Head of Landscape Recovery will play a pivotal role in supporting BBOWT’s new strategic goal to ‘Put Nature into Recovery’, through leading the successful delivery of existing projects and partnerships being delivered by the Landscape Recovery team.
They will also drive the expansion of our Landscape Recovery capacity and expertise, through developing and securing funding for initiatives in priority landscapes beyond our nature reserves within BBOWT’s Nature Recovery Network. New initiatives will be supported by traditional grants and innovative forms of natural capital investment. Success will be measured by evidence-based and positive outcomes for wildlife.
The Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust is a membership-based voluntary organisation, managing over 80 nature reserves, influencing land management and educating and encouraging all sectors of the community to care for local wildlife. Find out more.
