Grants Manager – Job Description
Responsible to: Executive Officer (EO)
Responsible for: overseeing the work of any fundraising volunteers/interns.
Hours: 20 per week, 1-year fixed term contract
Salary Scale: NJC SO1 23 £27,741 (pro rata)
Holidays: 25 days per year + 8 Public Holidays (pro rata)
Pension: Automatic enrolment workplace pension
Location: 24 Church St, Monmouth NP25 3BU / homeworking
Overview: The object of this post is to ensure that HATW has more funds available to support its vital work with disadvantaged children. The GM will manage and further develop HATW’s grants programme to provide a sustainable income stream from trusts and foundations. The role covers the complete trust fundraising process from prospect research to monitoring and reporting. HATW is a small charity so the person appointed will need to have a flexible approach and undertake some other fundraising responsibilities as part of the role.
