Deputy Director of Services and Innovation, South, Homebased
25 hours per week (with potential to increase to 37 hours per week)
Starting at £57,480 (increasing to £68,751 with annual increments)+ £480 homeworking allowance per annum pro rata

As Deputy Director for Services & Innovation you will lead a regional team to grow and expand a wide portfolio of services, overseeing and developing operational services through the South of England region, including Southend, Hampshire, Medway, Wiltshire, Kent and more. This role also includes Family Action’s Cafcass services, which are delivered nationally.
We are looking for a can-do and energetic leader who will build and sustain positive working relationships with key commissioners and future funders and develop partnerships that will continue to evolve to effectively meet our service users needs. You will have a strong track record in service delivery and a focus on quality, performance, safeguarding and management controls. With a customer service approach you will have a passion for engaging our service users in all aspects of our work including co-production.
