Quite simply, in Match Making we recruit for some of the coolest roles in marketing. Our service is a bit different to a typical recruiter – our only motivation is to make sure our community finds roles where they are going to thrive.

What does a Head of Marketing actually do you ask?

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing the planning, development, and execution of marketing across all channels
Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Building out the marketing team

Salary for this role:

A Head of Marketing would be looking at a salary between £50 – £70K  dependent upon experience.
