LFF Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: £26,781 per annum (based on the full-time salary of £33,477 per annum)
Fixed Term Contract: 11 May 2026 – 30 September 2026
Part time: 33 hours per week
Location: Work from home + 2 days a week in the office

The BFI London Film Festival (LFF) showcases international and British films featuring red carpet premieres, Q&As, and immersive XR experiences. It brings a diverse, high-quality selection of global cinema to the public, featuring both established and emerging filmmakers.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate all LFF recruitment campaigns including advertising roles, managing the interview process and offers.
- Meet with Festival managers to understand their role requirements and provide them with longlists of applicants
- Help organise and deliver LFF assessment centres
Manage all pre-employment and onboarding for LFF new starters
You’ll have guidance and support along the way, working closely with the Resourcing & Reward team and Festivals team to make this all happen.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience working in a recruitment environment managing high volume recruitment campaigns, including shortlisting and managing pre-employment checks
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System or similar database platforms
- Problem solving skills and initiative to provide a good customer service and a positive candidate experience.
