The British Ceramics Biennial (BCB) is seeking to appoint a Head of Business Services to join the organisation and lead on the development and implementation of business plans and strategies to drive BCB’s vision and mission.

About the role
The Head of Business Services will be joining the senior management team of one of the UK’s leading ceramics organisations. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, dynamic and attentive individual, seeking to use their skills and experience to deliver BCB’s values of being bold, accountable, welcoming, significant, grounded, inclusive, connected and collaborative.
You will work closely with the Chief Executive/Artistic Director to take BCB forward into the next phase of its development and to ensure it is responsive to new opportunities. You will have a proven track record successfully leading, developing and motivating a team. Working on a local, national and international level, you will have a committed interest in contemporary visual arts and ceramics; experience of strategic planning and developing organisations.
