Could you help develop the information families need to help through the emotional and practical challenges of having a baby born sick or premature?
One in seven babies is born needing care on a neonatal unit, and this isn’t what most parents expect for their baby. Join the leading national charity dedicated to supporting babies, families and the NHS at this critical time.
Based in London SE1, working at home at the moment, with agile working available when returning to the office.
Closing date: 9.00am on Monday 2nd August
Bliss helps babies born sick or premature to have better outcomes and a better quality of life. We do this by supporting parents and families to be more confident, less isolated, better informed and more involved in their baby’s care.
Information is a key part of how we do this. Our online and printed information content reaches thousands of parents as they experience the challenges of having a baby born premature or sick. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Information and Content Officer to lead the development of this information.
You will need to be a strong project manager, with the skills and knowledge to work across teams and with stakeholders to create truly user-led and supportive information. You will be able to communicate complex information to a wide audience, and bring empathy and creativity to a developing Information and Support team aiming to reach more and more diverse families.
